If she is not eating she has either a tummy bug, a bit of gastroenteritis or a food related digestive upset, they are not always associated with diahroah or sickness, but you should be taking action. Either way, you should get her some pepto bismol, kaolin or something similar (dont ever use human grade anti diahroah remedies on dogs as some can be toxic and deadly). Feed her with a bland diet of chicken/fish and rice for a few days and make sure she is drinking. If a puppy has not drunk anything all day, it will be getting dehydrated and should be taken to the vets.

Like everyone else, I have to give the truly blantantly obvious answer - eat something! Of course, if you're sure that it's not because you're hungry, then you may have some sort of gastric problem, the answer for which can only be determined by a doctor who examines you.

You may have gastric air bubbles in your intestines.. could be from going long periods of time without eating.Get a good ant-acid like Pepcid A.C..And eat something that doesn't give you more gas.going long periods of time between eating can cause a lot of digestive problems,including Gerds/diabetes...

When my stomach does that it usually means that I am hungry. So that may be it or your stomach is trying to digest something.
