Yes. Some unique feelings do not have a name. For example, after winning a tough foot race, you may feel relief, exhaustion, happiness, tiredness or a combination of those things--that particular feeling that you have at that particular moment does not specifically have a name.
BTW, the name for the area on the top of the foot is the metatarsus.

There is no word for 'the day before yesterday' in the English language.
And obviously anything, such as a star a species or whatever, that has not yet been discovered by humans has obviously not been assigned a name by us either.
