I LOVED IT! In this day and age, where celebrities are being busted for being BELLIGERENT when they are drunk, I thought it was GREAT to see a happy, pleasant drunk for a change!
I have mixed feelings about the new View, but I still watch...
I really miss Meredith!
I love Rosie, but she's killing me with all of these giveaways, and the confetti!
It's almost like 1/2 the View, and 1/2 the Rosie O'Donnell show!

Don't watch the VIEW but I saw some clips of Mr Devito's sad performance as he made an *** of himself. Poor pathetic aging little drunk showing off his butt on national TV. It has damaged his credibility with me. I used to think he was a very talented and funny man. Now he has joined the Michael Moore, George cLooney, Cindy Sheehan, whoopie goldberg crowd of Bush hating celebrities. Just what America needs in these troubled times.

I didn't see it but they played a clip of it on the morning show I listen to. He said he had 7 of some kind of drink. I was cracking up listening to that.
I haven't watched the View in a long time (I work during the day) but I do think Rosie needs to get off her soap box and stop picking fights with people. She argues with at least one person per week, she needs to keep her nose out of things that don't concern her...especially when she was accusing Kelly Ripa of homophobia (regarding Clay Aiken...who hasn't come out of the closet). I personally think she stuck her entire leg in her mouth on that one.

I saw it and yes he is/was funny. Somehow though it was kinda sad that he couldn't be sober for one show. Geez. Did you see Barbara? I don't think she appreciated it. She can be so funny herself. The new view? So far I'm not impressed. Rosie seems lost at times. Maybe down the road she will get her act together and it will all be better. I do feel as if Star got a bum deal. She wasn't my favorite but her so-called friend,(Barbara) turned on her for the sole purpose to gain more money.

No, I didn't see the clip of Danny Devito. But I heard about it on the radio and what he said. It was hilarious. I was laughing all morning.

I thought he was obnoxious. He should have been canceled from being on the show. Obviously they knew beforehand he was drunk. I don't think he's funny at all. And Rosie & Joy chimed in with him and made fools of themselves too.
BLECH! The View sucks.

I saw it. I'm not sure what the big deal was!!! Yeah they had to bleep some stuff out, but who cares. I normally do not watch the view, but watched this clip because it has been all over the place today. Wasn't as controversial as they made it out to be.

I think Danny had to get drunk to deal with Rosie. Anyone think Barbara is regretting putting her on? I use to love that show with Meredith and Star. Now I have trouble watching it.
