They will join with Iran. If we would have left things alone, that would not be.

Iraq is going to have a civil war. The Iraqi ppl want the US out, and let them handle their own problems.

Is this utter failure the fault of our troops? Hardly. That's because no amount of troops or choppers or democracy shot out of the barrel of a gun is ever going to "win" the war in Iraq. It is a lost war, lost because it never had a right to be won, lost because it was started by men who have never been to war, men who hide behind others sent to fight and die.

Let's listen to what the Iraqi people are saying, according to a recent poll conducted by the University of Maryland:

** 71% of all Iraqis now want the U.S. out of Iraq.

** 61% of all Iraqis SUPPORT insurgent attacks on U.S. troops.

Yes, the vast majority of Iraqi citizens believe that our soldiers should be killed and maimed! So what the hell are we still doing there? Talk about not getting the hint.

And if you think dor a moment, Iraq wants to attack the US or any other country, Your government has very successfully brain washed you. Stop being so da*n paranoid. Your government has you living is such a state of fear, they can get you to believe anything.

WOW! Unbelievable. Another one who thinks we are at war with Iraq. We are at war with Muslim fanatics, not Iraq. I've been there. The Iraqi people are nice people, although very fearful of being punished just because of some of their daily dealings. But we have alleviated that fear quite a lot, in the past few years of our presence. And the general public appreciates what we are doing, too

one of two things:

1) sectarian violence would decrease because the anger of being occupied yet again by another foreign country would dissipate.

2) the violence would increase because the only thing holding the fighters in check were U.S. troops.

I like to think #1 but the way the "reprisal killings" are escalating now makes me think that #2 is going to happen whether we leave or not :-\

they most certainly would not come here, though to be sure we have created for more terrorists than we have killed since we invaded iraq.

It would be the same as it was before we invaded Iraq, they would sell us oil, we would buy it. We would sell them pantyhose, they would buy it.
We need the troops there to keep the Oil and Pantyhose Market free of Islamic Fundamentalism.
I am utterley amazed at what the American Citizen allows a representative of themselves do on their behalf.

because all of the muslim world is contributing to it, especially our friends , "Crackistan"...they will laugh their asses off. There are dems saying that we need to release sadam. I just returned yesterday....and the violence is really coming from some of the locals who are getting weapons and swords and beheading the sudanese, pakis; libyans, egyptions that are kiling their families. We need to pull out to kuwait...give no warning and flatten iraq from al basra past mosul and all the way over to turkey who is also killing us.....not ask questions, and for one day in our lives be meaner than they are.....then we get respect and they will leave us alone for a few days...then do the same thing over again..until we condition them...they hit us...we slaughter themm....they hit us...we slaughter them....if the president of iran and pakistan are dead....they can not hurt us...so kill them and get it over with...then do the same to darfur and those pieces of crap called humans there....that will end sufering..
