The science says no as far as I know. If you are truly on your period then you probably are not going to be able to get pregnant. Women ovulate approx. 14 days before their next period. So during your period you should not be ovulating. But check with your doctor but I say no way.

yes, i have concieved that last 3 times while on the last day of my period. even tho i have the normal 28 day cycle, i just happen to ovulate and concieve at the end of my period. so yes it can happen.

It's possible but very very rare! Usually when you having your period its getting rid of the last egg and preparing for a new one.
