An angel, it belonged to my great-grandma who came from Italy to England and it was the only thing she brought with her from her old life in Italy, its a 150 years old this Christmas, so a little celebration will be held when it goes on top of the tree this year.

Lord knows this year.Last year it was old auntie maud.Let me explain,we had all sat down to christmas dinner , after the Queens speech (elizabeth not elton). When suddenly, our Tommy's new Jack Russell pup (christmas present) ,came tearing into the house with this rat he had proudly caught.Well it must have taken 45 minutes to talk her down from the top of the tree.Flipping missed the Queens speech, mine you , this was far more entertaining.

We celebrate Yule. My husband and I made a pentagram out of vines and wrapped it in white lights. It's pretty and special because we made it together. In the past we have used different things like a crow holding a Christmas ornament.
