Teeth falling out = losing control
screamed at the mirror = low self esteem
It looks like you have been experiencing some problem in your life. It may have something to do with controlling things. Projecting screamed at mirror could symbolize something you concentrate on the outside in your case. That could also suggest that you are losing confidence, self esteem due to the fact that you are not under control. In this case, it is from anxiety. Subconsciously, you want to have control, and have recognition. You vent out the helpless conscience in the dream

I used to have dreams all the time of my teeth falling out, being loose and being able to pull them out very easily, or like you watching them fall out in a mirror. It turned out I was grinding my teeth at night while I slept. The dreams were like a warning... a manifestation that I was grinding my teeth and that it was damaging or harming them. After I found out I was grinding my teeth I got a mouth guard to wear at night. Since then, which is by now several years, I have not had one dream about my teeth falling out.

I've had strange teeth related dreams before, too. I once had a dream that my gums were falling out but my teeth were staying in. Dreams are generally a reflection of what your mind has been subjected to in the last 72 hours.

Doesn't really mean anything. Dreams where your teeth fall out are very common.

It's been said, that dreaming of losing your teeth means someone in your family is going to die.
I hope it's not true...just telling you what I've heard over years.
