Very probable. There's a really good book called "The Gift of Fear" which explains how much more developed our actual senses and survival skills are--- if we pay attention to them. We're often not aware of why we feel fear... but if you truly examine what you pick up sub-consciously, you can see that there are many clues that our senses have processed without our actually "thinking" about them. Sadly, social conventions often make us discount what our "instincts" are telling us.
But can we actually access a 'sixth sense"? I think so--I've experienced it several times. When someone I cared about was far away and I had a "feeling" this or that is happening... then I call and checked and sure enough, despite there being no reason to feel that thing, it was accurate.
I've noticed even when stopped at a red light, if you stare at someone without moving your head toward them, they often still notice (feel someone looking at them) and turn to look at you. Try it!
Interesting stuff.

in case you've faith in evolution, then you are literally not something better than developed animals, or perhaps the animals are purely purely extra developed amoeba, that are literally not something better than developed goo! So, ultimately, in case you've faith in evolution, you're literally not an animal, you're not any distinct OR extra useful than the aspect belongings you're made out of - oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen, and so on - you're purely airborne dirt and dust! You got here from the earth, and to the earth you shall go back. do not evaluate your self with an animal, even as an animal isn't any better than the earth IT got here from, both. of direction, this ability that you have not any extra cost, which ability, purpose (or wish) than the airborne dirt and dust puddle on your decrease back backyard after a rain! And it takes some authentic gut-element blind faith to modify the information that you'll be able to imagine you've cost OR which ability OR purpose (or wish), it really is purely once you agree for the actual incontrovertible actuality that God created all animals, and then made guy in His personal image, that authentic cost, authentic properly worth, authentic which ability and authentic purpose (and want) will develop right into a actuality.

Yes...I do believe that most of us has a sixth sense, but I believe it's stronger in some than it is in others. I haven't really thought about it being stronger in females, but you could be right. It could be a built-in part of her survivor-mode or defense-mode.
I wonder if any studies in these areas have ever been done. I think it would make for some interesting reading.

I believe animals (including people) all have the kind of sense you're talking about. I think that we have that sense because we are more aware of our surroundings than we think. It does seem like females would have a better sense, simply because we're more sensitive. Like a doe has her instinct because she is capable of motherhood. Like a protective thing..

I do agree
For women, it may be because thousands of years of being dominated by men has caused women to anticipate responses and to pay attention to nonverbal signals-- and to think of others before ourselves is often taught to and expected of girls.
I also recommend The Gift of Fear-- a great book...

Whether we call it instinct, intuition, or gut feeling, it's there.
Humans have just been taught to ignore it.
