I just purchased a samsung phone at cingular about 3 months ago and I really do not like it much. I want to trade it in on a razor phone. Will they let me do this and will it cost much

I think u went past their 30 day exchange window. You can exchange it but they have to renew/restart your contract to reflect the date of the exchange, I did that once with Cingular so I know.

my razor purely lasted 7 months in the past it broke Cingular and Motorala the two instructed me stressful beans your subject ( I babied that telephone) %. something extra good don't think me do a seek on ebay for motorola razr v3 factors inspect each and all the broken razr telephones accessible

Sorry, if you brought it back within 30 days of its purchass you could have returend it and bought a new Motorola RAZR, or any other phone. But you're out of luck now. You will have to pay full price for the RAZR.
