I enjoy being tied up only if its a hot girl who tied me up.
I guess its just fun, being controlled.

I like the feeling that someone else has control over me when I am tied. Rope is great but i really like being locked in handcuffs or better still lether medical restraints

I think there are a few different reasons.
Some people like the excitement you can get from being a little afraid and not in control.
Some people like being the center of attention.
Some people who are nervous about doing something wrong might want it because they don't really have to do anything or initiate anything.
Some people like the fantasy that someone wants to have sex with them enough to kidnap them and do it against their will.
Some people like surprises (blindfolds are good for that).
