A good question, I wouldn't if I were you. It isn't the childs fault that there was a "discrepency" in your relationship. He/she don't deserve to be treated or loved less than a child who would have been yours. If you forgave your partner and wish to resolve any problems that led to her unfaithfulness then do it as a family, love your wife and your child. If the homewrecker wishes and agrees to stay away, and you both want that, then take advantage of it have that person even sign a contract if you will and raise the child as your own. But if you can't forgive your partner for some reason and wish to leave but still have the child as your own then still procede with that. I'm sure you already love that child, and I'm pretty sure he/she knows you do and it may seem strange but that baby loves you too. Love knows no boundries. God bless.

I think everyone can say no but the reality is I have a blended Family (we both have children from other Marriages) that you can get just as close to a child that is not yours but for a woman whom felt the baby you can try and fool everyone around you but reality is its not your baby.Men I think can attach to any child they choose to love.

No, because I will still consider them my child, biological or not. Somethings are stronger than DNA and blood.
