Prenatal pills refer to the vitamins that you take while you are pregnant, or thinking about getting pregnant. They are a supplement to make sure your body is getting the sufficient amount of vitamins needed - especailly when you are pregnant and the baby is getting all the nourishment.

They help you to get all of your vitamins which it is very nessisary to be in good health when trying to concieve if your immune system isn't healthy then you wont produce healthy cervical mucus which is needed in order to det pregnant so in a way yes it contributes to a better chance of becoming pregnant.

If you have any deficiencies, they could cause hormonal imbalances. Taking a prenatal could help that.
Women with a short luteal phase can take a B6 supplement to lengthen it. (Luteal phase=time period between ovulation and your period)
So, it could help even you out and indirectly help but the main reason women take prenatals is to prepare their body for a pregnancy.

yes they do help increase your fertility. They contain the proper amount of vitamins that most women do not get in their regular diet. they also have lots of folic acid which i was told by more than 1 doctor will increase my chances. Good luck they cant hurt you so why not.

NO, IT HAS NO FERTILITY AFFECT. IF YOU ARE THINKING OF WANTING TO GET PREGGERS IT HELPS TO START TAKING THEM TO HAVE THOSE IMPORTANT VITAMINS EVERYDAY SO YOU CAN HAVE A HEALTHLY PREGNANCY!
