Yes and no. The film studios are sometimes selective what is available when. For example, Disney's Snow White was released a few years ago on DVD but is now unavailable.

TV movies are even more selective, but this mainly do to lack of interest in the product. However there are sources to find used copies of what is out there. Also there is no promise that the film will be in the format you want.

A lot of DVDs are being released and chances are the films will all eventually be put on DVD. Whether or not there will be a copy for you when you want it is another matter.

A qualified yes, most of the older movies shown on TV are available on VHS or DVD with the exception of some really older movies. Ones that are more than 30 years old aren't always availabe unless they are considered classics or have a really famous star.

The particular movie you are looking for doesn't seem to be available on either VHS or DVD, see site below
