Practise everyday. Don't be afraid to commit mistakes. Just keep on expressing your views. Don't be shy. Soon , you will be able to make it as a habit and acquire impeccable speech practises. Keep trying.

Just stop hiding your emotions... and you will be more expressive.
Sometimes we are so much bound by rules & customs of our society that we have to control ourselves at all stages. This slowly becomes our habit. For example, "Men don't cry" is assumed to be truth. This leads us to assume that if a man cries (specially in public), it is "wrong".
Action points...
(1) You can join a drama or theatre group in your area. There, while reading the script you will be told to "enter" the character which you are playing. You will be asked to think as if you are that character. Then you can freely experiment with various types of emotions. I can bet, if you actually start thinking like the character till the drama is in progress, you will be appreciated for your acting skills even by the best of the actors in your group. This will also be a good way to vent off your feelings.
(2) While talking to people if you think from their point of view, you will be more expressive. Just try it. Start by talking with a child (3 or 4years old). While talking, try to think what the child is thinking and try to talk like a child. Don't imitate him, this will be very insulting to the child. Just think you are a child and talk. Don't worry about the world. Be a child.
Next, talk to someone who is suffering and try to feel those sufferings.
Share a joke and enjoy it yourself too. For example, I enjoy my own jokes everytime I tell them.
All these experiments will teach you to have empathy with others and will also give you a tremendous power to express. Slowly the experiments will be a part of your nature.
(3) You can also start going for a morning walk and appreciate the beauty of nature... mother earth is a great teacher herself.
(4) You can read poetry or plays or start writing a few lines yourself. Don't worry about the contents... you know why you are doing all this... to be more expressive.
There is no short cut to anything. If you do all the above things consistantly you will get all the right expressions at the right time... By the way, there are no right or wrong expressions!!

actions speak louder than words

have you come across those at any point of time till in the life.

its what is called body language in a posh sense

now a days many a intitutes are taking birth for the reason

they r saying communication skills for wat u asked.

for any action the words mostly convey only a half meaning, the rest work is done by ur body.

when u r angry it is shown in the face ( for eg )

like the same while two people r talking they see at one another.

so coming to the point its not as tough as many think

to cultivate the habit of expressing urself the best you need to be more knowledged bcz only when u have the right stuff u can talk in people. come out from shy which we learn in our family.

remember u r different from personal to professional
dont mix both
it may lose ur best .
