No I'm not doing it for you, if you want your degree/MA do it yourself and don't be lazy.
Here are a few things to consider though:
Colour trueness. Although correct colour schemes are easier and much cheaper to achieve on computers , sometimes, when printed off the colour is not always the right shade due to variations in display and printer capabilities.
As a previous answerer said, the spontaneous 'artistic flair' is tempered by the sheer need to have the computer there and of course your arsenal of tools is severely limited to what programmes and hardware you have and your abilities with computers.
On the upside I guess technology has allowed a more photographic element to be morphed with artistic talents for illustration via the use of scanners and digitised drawing tablets and therefore more creative work can be achieved. However I see very little true imagination in illustration these days. It seems to have become stilted by what technology is out there and has led to a real lack of originality.
Good luck with the dissertation.

The magical thing that is the undo command is a god send. Gone are the days of almost finishing an illustration, then completely f***ing it up and having to start again. Saves a lot of illustrators from premature baldness.
I suppose it means illustrations lose some of their spontaneity though

Well, I'm not going to do it for you, but mention how there are no longer any animated movies that aren't made by Pixar or Dreamworks. As an illustrator I hate this transition into the 3-dimensional realm.
