Tell me what you think about this quote:
Life- It stabs you in the back it breaks you down it builds you up just to break you down again. It's not fair. It sometimes makes you want to die and leave it behind. It makes you sad, mad, hurt, and lonely.
But at the same time it makes you stronger and makes you wise. It makes you want to think that it's fair. It makes you want to jump for joy and continue to go through this forever. It makes you love, happy,care, and joyous.
And no matter what it does to you or how it makes you feel all the while it goes on and never stops or slows down. It's as steady a of a drum. You must keep up or be left behind and if you get left behind then you never knew what life is or what it's about.

The answer is there... life indeed is a series of experiences which results to a corresponding emotion that will help, guard and guide you through the forthcoming challenges or events of your life wherein you again will be gaining the experience needed for the next challenge.. It is a circulating flow of peoples destiny.

Hon, that's more like a short novel hahaha. U answered it yourself. Our life takes us on a rollercoaster ride of emotions and experiances that puts us way at the top of the ride, or finds us down at our low times, but eventually bringing us back on level keel, with our heads usually tied on tighter and straighter because of what we go through, and how we deal with it :) tc
