If your shed is on a concrete slab, you can drill and install concrete anchors and bolt it down or use self drilling concrete anchor bolts . If not, I would suggest making a floor for the shed out of treated lumber and 3/4" plywood(treated also) and nail the shed down to it. The weight of the flooring should keep the shed weighted down or you can stake it down.

You can make anchors by making a shallow hole with a post hole digger and filling it with cement. Place an eye bolt upside down into the wet cement. You can then bolt the shed onto the anchors. Be sure to measure so you can get the holes and bolts properly aligned with the shed base.

Most sheds are anchored with auger tie downs. They are a metal rod with large "screw type" threads on it. You screw them into the ground and then use tie down straps connected to the shed and anchor.

You need to dig post holes at the corners and pour concrete to create solid posts. You will then attach a bracket (before the cement hardens) that will bolt into your shed once the cement dries.

They have straps and "twist in" anchors that hold it down.
Just like a mobile home.
Your local Hardware or home improvement store should have some.
