Mirage island is very hard to get to. On it you can catch wild Wynaunt and get rare berries. In order to get to it you'll have to talk to the old man who is constantly looking outside the window in paciflog. If your lucky, he tells you he can see it and you can visit it.

I'm not shure where you can get it now, but there where some promo Ereader cards that onlocked some things, I got a secret island which allowed me to catch the other latios/lataos.
Theres a mirage island in game, but you have to be inredably lucky to find it.

um there isnt a rainbow island u might mean mirage island its full of wynut u get there during the groudun and kryogre fight or when u catch all three of them the green one and the red one and the blue one thats all
