I know in the UK you drive on the left side of the road which means the steering wheel is on the right side.
Now, does that mean in a car with manual transmission the clutch is on the right side, too?
(left to right: accelerator pedal, brake, clutch)

no the clutch is on the left. It goes left to right: clutch, break then accelerator.

i would say that the pedal layout is probably the same, they are in the right hand drive postal vehicles and such over here in the states,

plus i owned a 74 scout and it was RH drive, the pedals were the same layout as any LH drive vehicle here

so..
