I would go with Grossman, hes more of a fantasy scorer than Mcnair is. All of the statistical situations throughout the season point to start Grossman anyways.

Rex has thrown for 12 TD's and 3 INT's at home, while throwing only 6 TD's and 11 INT's on the road. His home QB rating is over 100, while his QB rating is just over 50.
Mcnair has thrown for 7 TD's and 5 INT's on the road with a QB rating floating around 80.

Grossman threw for 278 yards, 2 TD's and an INT @ Minnesota earlier in the season.
Mcnair threw for 245 yards with no scores or turnovers earlier in the year vs Cincy.

Grossman vs. Minnesota, from what I know Minnesota does not have a very good pass defense. But while Cincinnati has struggled with Pass Defense their Run Defense has been even worse. Lately the Bengals secondary has been racking up picks. Steve McNair has been ding well lately but Cincinnati is looking for revenge since they almost beat Baltimore if it wasn't for the refs. Look for the Bengals defense to stop McNair's good game streak.

I prefer McNair.

Not only Cincinatti is the worst passing defense in the NFL (in yardage), but also McNair has been more consistent lately.

Grossman got one good, one average and two terrible games in the last four. You'll never know which Grossman is going to play every night.

And McNair...even when he could not have a lot of yardage, I think he will score at least twice against Cinci.

Grossman has a great matchup against a bad Minnesota Defense which is ranked 31st against the pass, giving up 242.5 yards per game. Also, the Minnesota Run Defense only allows an average of 56.6 yards per game, which will force the Bears and Grossman to pass the ball more on the offensive side of the ball.

Grossman vs Minnesota. Minnesota is close to the last in the league in pass defense.
