It's better than money. And, yet, it cost very little.
I gave it to a good landlord, when I lived in the low rent district of Dallas.
It made him so happy, he cried with quiet joy.
What is it?
It was a wall plaque expressing my appreciation for him being so good to me and the other renters.
It is really inexpensive. (about $9)
Go to a sports trophy shop. Find a plain Plaque and have them inscribe:
"To: your Bosses name
From: Your name or (your name and your co-worker's name)
"In appreciation for being a great Boss"
