One pill helps the bloat women get, Midol, that's what I take and it's very effective. . . i know there's one out there just for bloating but I can't remember what it's called sorry

Drink lots of water, and avoid salty foods and caffeine. While they help your body to purge fluids, they also cause you to retain them. If it's excessive (like more than one pant size,or your shoes are too tight), talk to your dr about taking a diuretic (water pills), but don't do it unless the dr advises you to. They can lead to blood pressure problems and electrolyte imbalance, if they aren't used correctly.

Pamprin PMS helps. Cucumbers are supposed to be natural diuretics and help. Also drinking more water will pull the water wait from interstitial tissues and help by excreting excess water through your kidneys

Dont drink alot of soda or et alot of salty foods. the bloating is caused from you retaining water. salt retains water and so does soda. also try exercising.

take some midol thats what i take and drink lots of water...its normal
