Like Ironhand says, ignition timing is NOT adjustable, if that's what you are referring to. If you are referring to timing marks for replacing the timing BELT, there aren't any either. Special tools are required to lock the crank and cams into position during timing belt replacement on these particular engines.

The computer controls the timing. If you are trying to set the crank and cams due to the timing belt breaking, you need a timing kit. It consists of a flat piece of steel approx 6 inches long the goes in the rear of the cams to hold them in place. It also has a pin that screws into the side of the block to hold the crank in position. These are available at http://www.eppys.com and are fairly cheap.

You wouldn't have to adjust the timing on a 1996 vehicle.

Not adjustable. It is controlled by the PCM, and is monitored by the relationship of the crank and cam sensors.
