I've been faithful to this guy for five months...although we've been friends for about two years,,,so we're in love...& he had a dream I cheated on him..what could this mean?

It probably just means he has some confidence issues when it comes to relationships, maybe he was cheated on in the past.
Your dreams are based on things that happen in your daily life and your brain spits it all out in weird ways when your asleep, in your dreams. So if he's having these dreams, then something in his life triggered these thoughts. He's probably had worries that you will find another guy, or flirt with other guys when you're out with your friends or out partying, or whatever. Just sit and talk with him and let him know you're not that kind of person, and let him know how you feel about him, and reassure him that he doesn't have to worry about things like that.
Although from your little explanation above, you say you've been faithful for 5 months....how long have you two been dating? Have you cheated on him before? If so, that explains the dream. LOL

He seems to be very insecure of himself or doesn't feel he is good enough for you. If he is everything you ever wanted assure him of it daily. Some men have the need to be told everyday how much you love him and how how happy he makes you.
