You can get pregnant even if he pulls out completely.
Girls have gotten pregnant because a guy pulled out and came on their inner thigh, outer areas of the vagina and even their panties. Those little buggers are made for swimming up stream!
The other problem with it is...
The pre-ejaculate. It has sperm. Every time you have sex without a condom, this gets inside you. Every time it does, you can get pregnant.
If you are bound and determined to have sex and you are not planning on being a Mommy anytime soon...tell him to wear a condom or forget it. If he says forget it...then you gotta wonder who else he's giving it to.
And...have you heard of diseases?!
