It's not too minor to call the doc. it's the first sign of parkinson's disease.

I'm having a lot of numbness in my hands right now because of pregnancy. My Dr. said it's because I'm retaining fluid - mostly my feet and legs are swollen... but at night when I elevate my feet, the fluid goes into the rest of my body and it makes my hands get swollen too. The swelling pinches the nerves in the wrist - similar to carpal tunnel syndrome. sometimes it's my entire hand, sometimes just a few fingers.
It would seem unlikely that at 15 weeks you'd be retaining that much fluid, but it's possible. Be careful of the amount of salt you eat and try to drink plenty of fluid to flush the sodium out of your system faster!

I don't think it is very normal, but I guess it is possible becasue all the blood in your body is trying to take care of an unborn child now. That could make it so that it does not worrie to much about your fingers. But I would still suggest that you talk to a nurse to be sure it may not be something else, like a blood clot.

I had the same thing during my pregnancy - mention it to the midwife on your next visit as it sounds like mild carpal tunnel syndrome which is very common during pregnancy - good news is it is totally pregnancy related and should disappear after baby is born. Commonly brought on in pregnancy by water retention

Not had it myself although have been clumsier than normal. Apparantly when you're pregnant your carpal tunnel in your wrist get squashed which can cause numbness, pins and needles and clumsiness.

In my last pregnancy and in this pregnancy I have this pink dot on my pinky finger that never goes away and occasionally it goes numb. The doctor said it's just the hormones.

Its called carpal tunnel syndrome and is normal in pregnancy and is thought to be due to swelling tissues pressing on nerves. It is fairly common in people who perform reptitive tasks or pregnancy. advice is to avoid sleeping on your hands, and if poss sleep with them elevated on eg. pillow.
