Four major points to help you become more motivated and live a happier life, if you manage these points well, you'll not only be more motivated but get in great shape and become more positive!

1. Sleep, Sleep, Sleep, get as much sleep as your body needs for the type of lifestyle you have, many suggest 8 hours!

2. Excerise Excerise, Excerise, as little as 30 mins a day, will help build your enegry and help motivate you to do more!

3. Eat, eat, eat, choosing healthier eating habits will help give you enegry, make you feel 10 times better, and will help you live a longer life (Eat to LIVE do not LIVE to eat)

4. Sex, sex, Sex, is a good form to release stress and the daily build up of aggrevation from work or school

If you balance these four important points in your life, you will feel more motivated, feel more alive, and even look your best!

I come here to get motivated and then I blow the whole day without getting anything done.
