I've never heard of an astronomy laser but if you mean one for pointing out the stars, a normal laser pointer will work.

There is no astronomy lasers ,N.A.S.A. have one for tracking satellites ,but there may be 30,000 miles out. The one I worked on ,many years ago was a 1 Jewel.

Ebay, I found one for $25 plus $13 shipping.

ETA:
The "astronomy lasers" are Green (532 nm) lasers that are visible in the air much more so than the normal red lasers.
