Drew Brees is the best QB in the NFL right now. He has shut up all his critics and excelled in every aspect of the game. All he needs now is to lead to Saints in to the playoffs.

Peyton Manning, he controls the game in almost all aspects. He knows the game better than anyone. He isnt greedy and doesnt care for the fame. I'd say he is the best regular season QB, and Tom Brady is the best post-season QB. Peyton should guide the Colts to a superbowl birth this year. With an emergence of a run game with Addai, all the colts have to focus on is stopping the run.
I once heard he can throw a pigskin a quartermile.

peyton manning and tom brady are considered the two best, with manning having the edge in terms of skill and pure talent. manning understands the game better than anyone. he can read defenses in his sleep. defenses try to confuse him, but manning can't be confused a whole lot. (the only thing that's given him trouble is 3-4 defenses with pressure coming from the backside, that's why he lost to the steelers and the chargers and the cowboys, because they all used that). manning is unusually intelligent for a qb and c'mon, he's like half coach, half qb. he pretty much is the offensive coordinater for his team. sometimes, ppl take for granted just how good and talented he is. yeah, he puts up like record-breaking numbers, but its what he does for the position. peyton manning defines the term nfl quaterback. he's a lock for the hall of fame. if he ever gets a ring (which he should because he works way too hard to not get one), he'll be in the argument as the greatest to ever play the game. tom brady is considered to be this generation's joe montana because he's a winner and he never panics. he always will lead his team down the field to win the game. so it's tom brady and peyton manning, two greats who should start working on their speeches for Canton, Ohio.

I guess you'd have to say drew brees. I would like to say peyton manning but sometimes i question his leadership ablility. I mean his mechanics are great to go along with his decision making and awareness, but when it comes to the bigs games and the teams looks to him for answers,he has none and then can not admit it. For example, when his team lost to the pats a few years ago he callled out his linemen. Why couldn't he just say that he made some mistakes and we will get them next year or something like that. The following year his kicker misses the kick and instead of going out and supporting him he verbally abuses him. why not show some leadership and support your teammate in a time of need instead of say I told you so he wasn't all that great. so that's one reason why i can't pick manning to be great or the best for anything. So GO DREW

Tom Brady is the best QB in the league. Many people say its Peyton Manning, but it is clearly Tom Brady. A QB's job is to lead the team and win. Stats dont matter if the team isnt winning. Through the first 100 games of their career, Tom Brady has the best winning percentage of any QB EVER. He also already has 3 superbowls to his name. I would take Peyton for fantasy football but thats it. Brady wins the big games, Peyton does not. Winning isnt everything, its the only thing in football and Brady is the best at doing that.

Its amazing that someone would actually say Tony Romo...
Lets think about this for a second...
He has played 6 games against the Panthers, Giants, Cardinals, Redskins, Colts, and Buccaneers. All but Carolina are in the bottom half of the NFL in every important Passing-Defense statistic.
The Giants are 20th in Passing YPG allowed, 22nd in TDs allowed, and 20th in YPG allowed and INTs.
The Cardinals are 26th in Passing YPG allowed, 19th in INTs, and 20th in sacks.
Redskins: 27th in Passing YPG allowed, and 31st in TDs allowed, INTs AND Sacks.
Colts: 31st in Completion % allowed, and 29th in sacks.
Bucs: 22nd in Passing YPG allowed, 28th in Comp. %, and 32nd in TDs allowed, INTs, and Sacks.
(32nd is dead last)
Romo had his best statistical game vs. Tampa Bay; a team in the bottom 5 in all but one major defensive stat, and in the bottom 10 in that one.
The only players with a worse INT:Game Started ratio:
Kitna, Frye, Plummer, Roethlisberger, Eli Manning, and Rex Grossman. (None of which are considered to be anywhere near top-teir QBs)
Oh, and I almost forgot: that RIDICULOUS release of his. He just kinda flings the ball. The experts agree that its worse than Vince Young's release.
In 5 starts, how can Romo be considered better than Peyton Manning, who, has 139 starts; 36,153 Passing yards; 3013 completions; a 64% Completion %; and (disregarding the rookie year) a 97.8 QB Rating. Only Dan Marino, Brett Favre, Fran Tarkenton, Joe Montana, Johnny Unitas and John Elway have more career TD passes.
Peyton Manning is hands-down the best QB in the NFL.

Good Q!! Brady or Manning (Payton) I would take Brady he is the type of Q.B that i would have to go with in a game winning situation he always knows where his Recievers are at ,at all times. and is a very smart Q.B he has been in those situations in a big game (Check out His play off stats Compared to Manning) , Manning a close 2nd Pick Brady

Drew Brees...statistically this YTD...but I'd have to give the true title to Peyton Manning...just because of what he's done for the sport...he has the right attitude and carries himself as a professional should on and off the field...granted he has no RING...YET...that Manning blood runs deep and his daddy did'nt have to team to back him up but he was another great QB...GEAUX SAINTS
