I support President Bush sending in a team of rangers to clean out Nansralla Al-Pelosi and the rest of the demo-traitors.

An impeachment trial would stop Congress from passing anything important in the next year or two. It is a far better use of the democrat's power to get some progressive legislation passed, or force Bush to veto it. They either make the gains on the legislation passing, or force Bush to come out actively against minimum wage, health care reform, and other issues that Democrats like that most Americans would like to see.

Democrats say that Republicans don't have the interests of the American worker at heart. If they make Bush prove it, they win in 2008. If Bush caves and signs what the Democrats pass, they make those gains (though they share them with Bush). If they impeach Bush, they accomplish nothing but making all the people who don't care about politics care even less, which would give them no advantage in the next election, while accomplishing nothing now.

Boonietech--why do you hate democracy--you like facsist, military dictatorships? We could find a better country for you since you hate the American way so much. There are a few people I disagree with on this board, but you are the only traitor.

At this point, it would be a waste of time and probably be a giant road block to things that both parties would like to accomplish before the next election.

Also, Pelosi is no longer on the impeachment trail. Not sure she had qualifying reason or evidence for an impeachment.

I agree with her. If we get into an impeachment battle every time a different party takes over congress, we'll lose any ability to govern and lead to some sort of military coup.

Of course. Bush has not committed any offense, let alone an impeachable one. One may disagree with some of his decisions, but there is nothing remotely resembling "high crimes and misdemeanors."

I am so completely and utterly apathetic all I can say is ..........

I don't care. Impeach Bush; don't impeach Bush. Either way, it is no skin off my nose at all.

As you are beginning to realize talk is cheap and you have to concrete grounds to do what you are talking about, by just repeating your desire and delusions incessantly does not make them the truth.

Dems have no grounds for impeachment, and they know it.
