1998 Honda Accord, turn signal doesn't work when brakes applied or when headlights are on.?

Turn signal works until brakes are applied or headlights are turned on. All turn signal lights and brake lights have been replaced and fuses have been checked, to no avail.

I would replace the signal light switch, all that feeds through that switch

First, stay away from whoever replaced the bulbs and checked the fuses. Those couldn't have been the problem. It's the multi-function switch.

Most likely a multifunction switch.

One of the bulbs must be the wrong kind.
