No, no long term health benefits anyway. Classical music can help you relax and relieve stress though, promoting better sleep. I play classical guitar, I love classical music:)

Depending on what you call health benefit,yes.
Some music,played low and with a slow beat or rhythm can help you relax (Moonlight Sonota for example). Some could be used for exercise to help set the workout pace. A lot of rock and roll music is based on the classics,they just made a few changes.
