What is this!? You see them pull off of the side street like a maniac and figure, hell, this guy must be in a hurry, good for him. Then he slows down making you hit your breaks hard. If the dude was in no rush, why in the hell is he Mario Andretti when he pulls of a side street and Morgan Freeman and Ms. Daisy once he gets into traffic. I think these people should be either delicensed or executed. You feeling?

If there is alot of traffic I don't care because nether one of us is getting anywhere quick. But if it's just me and them is can irritate me, if I'm in no hurry I'll go around them then go slower.

Sometimes this is done as an insurance scam. They do that so you will hit them from behind & you can be sued. In most states, regardless of circomstance, the driver who hits the other in the rear is always to be considered at fault.

I don't get it either. Just a few hours ago that happened to me and i wondered the same thing. I also think if you drive a new vehicle people assume you have full coverage insurance and will try to get you to hit them in the ***. I go with executed.
