Which year was it that boxing day came after new years day?

I know that due to Royal Proclomation, Boxing Day can shift from the official 27 Dec to 28 Dec, but has it ever moved so far because of this law that it fell after New Year's day?

Every year, new years day is first of January, December comes after January, so boxing day is always after new years day
