If a player nowdays wanted to wear the Larry Bird daisy dukes, would he be allowed to? Honestly, I say no....and I dont think that prostitutes even wear shorts that are that tight and short. How did Bird move around in those bad boys??

I remember reading how players wear their shorts 2 long and they look like "thugs" so there's a new rule that shorts must be above the knee but it doesn't say anything about them being 2 short

Just like modern shorts, they allowed free leg movement. Runners now wear shorts cut like them, or wear tights. I don't know about them being allowed today, though... Someone might assume the "Queer Eye" guys got ahold of 'em in the locker room.
