Basically im conserned about he weather & how low it can gate for this season since im from east africa, whats the easy transportation, what currency is on use, political stability,and if there really is a good cheese; mainly i want to know good art and fashion school and also business schools (university/college)?

Norway has the highest standard of living on this planet and has maintained this status for the last 4 years. It is cold, very cold, so make sure you get some heavy clothes. During winter it is always sub zero and can go down up to -20 C. Currency is the Kroner, very stable politically, there are all kinds of cheese there from all over the world. Transportation, use the public bus as taxis are very expensive, so is food. Make sure you have a lot of money, it is a very expensive country.
