I have mild problems, and anal intercourse actually seems to improve it... Like the pressure helps cinch or constrict the ballooned veins, and this eases the discomfort.

It depends on her pain level. However, it's not recommended because more hemorrhoids may develop...internal perhaps. They develop from straining, constipation, anal intercoure, etc. Many people have hemorrhoids and don't even know! So it depends on the person.
