Sweet Tomatoes, Soup and salad places, Panda Express, though a little oily, Quizznos, all places have something that is not too bad for you. The fresher you eat the better, and the most colorful foods are usually the best. Eat a rainbow of foods with lots of variety.

There are healthier choices almost everywhere you go. Salads instead of french fries, chicken instead of ground beef, water instead of soft drinks. Its up to you to make them.
That is unless you want to whip up a campfire and start grilling chicken breasts with lemon seasonings in a parking lot :P
