k im 14 and i just got my period for the first time novmber 3...?

so its almost a month, but how do i prepare for the next one? how do i knoe when its coming?HEEELP!(please)

dont worry. i recently started mine as well. you only have it for a couple of dayz and then you are off for a month. record it on a calender when you start and finish and then calculate in a month

Ur period should come around the same time every month. Its hard to tell but be expecting like at least 3 to 5 day before the third its very unpredictable. Be prepared by having pads or tampons which ever u prefer and keep some midol on hand for cramps.

Usually its about three weeks in between you period. After your next period mark it on the calendar. It should come around the same time of the month. Also if you don't get a really heavy period you might get a little spotting (little signs of blood) when you go to the bathroom. If your not really sure wear pantie liners, when you come closer to the date.

usually you will get it about the same time next month but becasue you are just starting they may be irregular for a while..so it is hard to know when it will come. You may get belly pain before it comes as a warning sign. But it is hard to tell. you may not get it again for a few months as it was your first time last month. you will learn to understand your body with time and look out for signs that you may be due.

keep a pad in ur backpack or purse

always take it to the bathroom and if u start use it.

wear a pad until you get it again. you might not get it again this month because when you get your first period it can be super irregular
