If you are still producing milk, then yes. You can also breastfeed when you are sick (like fever,flu, cold) so your baby can build some antibodies.
I breastfeed for 2 years and my boy is intelligent. Maybe breastfeeding has something to do with it?

Yes!! my mother had me and brestfeed then she got implants after that she had two more babys and they were both breastfeed!!

I think you can, as long as the implants aren't hindering the milk ducts.
