EZLAVA is a great "drag and drop", wysiwyg web site builder that's really easy to use.

With the program, there's no need to know HTML, PHP, ASP, or Javascript. It does everything for you via a central admin that appears when you click on an object (images, text, forms, etc.) to make changes. It's wysiwyg editing and drag and drop capability, makes it a very powerful, yet easy to use web building system.

It also has a dynamic shopping cart builder, web form builder, html text editor, and every other feature you need. The program offers several affordable hosting options depending on what you need. We found the software definitely worth it!

And if you have any questions, they have superb customer service.

Take a look at http://www.dotnetnuke.com/ this has a lot of great functions and features.

There isalso PHPNuke.org which is similar to DNN.

When you decide on your webhost ask them if they can support what ever system you are ogin to be running.

Personally I prefer PHPNuke because it is easier formeto develop and to customize that DotNetNuke. However if you are just looking to have a simple website and you know CSS then DNN may be for you.

Both of these systems allow you to drag and drop content using DHTML which makes using thesystems really easy. You simply add modules and drag them where you want them.

Peace

What do you mean by Drag and Drop? If you want a high-functionality website, use a high-functionality html development software like FrontPage or Dreamweaver.

Front Page is the easiest to use ... it is a WYSIWYG program (What you see is what you get). Very similar to working with MS Word or Publisher. Easy, but you must have Front Page extensions installed on your site. Good luck

Adobe/Macromedia Dreamweaver is probably one of the best WYSIWYG editors out there (which is what you are really looking for when you say "drag and drop editor").
