The new year resolution can start any day, doesn't have to be the beginning of the calender year, if I always waited on the new year to come before i start or stop something I would be sluggish, so for me, every day can be the first day of the new year to begin or end just about anything i started or hope to start.

Wow new years is right around the corner...I havent even thought about it but I would say that mine is to........quit smoking cigarettes....thats mine every year but it only last a couple of days...I have no will power
