My brother wants me to buy him a yr member ship for christmas- but im skeptical about if it is even worth it.
Help please.

It is so worth it and cheap, only $5 a month you can do so so so so much more.

By the way, I'm told that it is indeed a $14.95 montly fee for World of Warcraft, and that's not even for extra features.
All of the payment options for RuneScape membership are much cheaper than World of Warcraft, and if your brother really likes the game, it is VERY much worth it. I may not have become a member myself, but I have enough member friends and knowledge of membership benefits to know it is much better than the free version.
Basically, it may be more expensive than a regular video game in the long run, but it is really worth it if your brother really likes it.
For payment questions, go to www.runescape.com and click on "Start a new subscription" for the prices for the various ways to pay. The differences are because of the process from you to them.

My brothers both used to play Runescape. They don't anymore because they play WOW now. But, if your brother really likes Runescape then yeah you should buy him the membership. That game is pretty much pointless (not to mention the shxtty graphics..) unless you are a member. There is alot of shxt he can do when he's a member. And, it's pretty cheap, I'd say go for it. Try to get him into World of Warcraft. It's such a sick RPG. Addicting, though. But, i'm sure your bro would have fun. Good luck!!â¥

Runescape has many things that are limited to members only including quests, abilities, and travel areas. There is only so much that you can do as a non member. The membership isn't that expensive either, only around $5 per month.

World of Warcraft is good but if i am not mistake it requires a 15 a month subscription fee to play. I would stick with the free runescape game if i were you eventually he will tire of it.

I think it is worth it. It makes the game a lot more fun. I'm not gonna go into the details because you probably wouldn't understand. I'm sure we would enjoy it.
