good question, I would say no for the obvious reason. But isn't hugging a girl almost the same? If you pull her close and squeeze her tight against you chest you feel it all anyway. No chest bumping just hug her.

Some girls are big chested. And it's not there fault. If they accidently do it, it was not on purpose.
Other girls do it to flirt and strut there stuff on purpose. So you will notice them.
