Depends, A girl likes to feel accepted, as a friend, nothing sexual, s chest bumping would probably make her laugh and feel like one of the boys,
But if it's around that time of month, bumping her chest is going to hurt like getting kicked in da nutz

I think it's fine as long as you are friends with the gal and she's comfortable with you.
I've chest bumped with my guy friends before... BUT, if a guy I barely knew tried to, I'd have serious questions about his mental stability.
