Please give a few tips on how to get a girl. I know this hot girl at school but I don't know how to approch her or what to say to her in order for her to like me. HELP ME!!!!!!

Well... if you fake it she'll blow you away. Never mind the ongoing BS about opening one-liners- they're only good for the first few minutes, after that it's your personality (unless your only looking for a hot girl who is shallow and will accept only shallow stuff from you, incluing a quickie!).
Most girls of substance prefer men of substance. But then again, your phrase "hot girl" suggests you're still young, naive, wet behind the ears and looking only for one thing- a roll in the sack. If that's what you want and that's who she is, then a one liner with a quick: "Hi, wanna blow me!" should work just fine. If you want more, be prepared to be real.

Don't do anything too creepy. Maybe try to strike up a conversation with her friends, or if anyone in your circle knows her friends you can work it in somehow. Or try dropping something in front of her, then make like you feel dumb for doing it & give her a silly grin. She'll notice you, then the next day or so you can maybe get in the lunch line behind her and ask her who she has for english or something.

be yourself. if she does'nt like you, you were'nt meant to be with her. there may be someone else that is meant to be with you that isn't the "hot" girl you are dreaming of. you should'nt judge everything on looks.
