mold fumigation is not going to take care of the problem. mold can be killed easily but alive or dead it is still known to release the mico toxin. It may also be viable meaning it can re grow if water is introduced to the mold spores u thought were "killed".

I didn't know they could fumigate for mold. I have heard of cleaning up mold in houses. The costs vary by house and extent of problem, but it usually requires the people to move out of the house, sometimes for several months.

Depends on the extent of the work...Get at least 3 estimates from contractors that do this work
