I have two female bosses. They're both very intelligent and *very* demanding. I have to bring one of them lunch exactly on time or she throws a *total* fit. But then, 20 minutes later, she's smiling and laughing and running around our workplace like a maniac. The other one is gone most of the day furthering her education. I have to play limo service and pick her up around 3:00. She really appreciates my input - when they give her stuff to work on at home, she always asks me for my assistance.
They're the best bosses a girl could ask for. Even though they're only 4 1/2 and 22 months, I can tell they'll go far ;) And while the pay is non-existent, the benefits are excellent ;)

My current boss is a man. I'm very lucky - he's one of the best bosses I've ever had. He's intelligent, consistent, reasonable, and takes responsibility for his decisions, etc. He's a bit of a punctuality nazi, but that's the worst thing I can say about him!

I am the manager of my dept and I am a woman, the owner of the dealership I work for is a man (big surprise) and he is the one who signs my paycheck!
