I have recently had a doorway made and the central heating pipes to my conservatory radiator were diverted around the new doorway. Thus they now have 90 degree bends. All system works except this one radiator, could there be an airlock? Have bled radiator and there is no air just cold water. Whilst bleeding there is a hissing noise within the radiator. The pipe going to the radiator is cold. The radiator has thermostatic valve.Any suggestions? Its cold out there LOL.

You probably need to bleed the radiator that is at the end of the run. It may take a while for the air to get all out. You can install a automatic air bleeder on all the radiators which will save you future problems

when you say around new doorway,if it is up and over, the steam will not feed with that piping arrangement.if that is not the case, check or replace the thermostatic valve.also check for a restriction(closed valve,etc...) on the condensate return line for the faulty radiator.when you are bleeding the system and the radiator is hissing does the steam supply piping get hot?if it does,it is one of the aforementioned problems.
