No -- they do not give you the formulas.

No, but it shouldn't be much of a problem if you are only taking the reasoning test, not one of the math subject tests. The SAT isn't really testing your knowledge of anything more than basic math, some algebra, and basic geometry. It tests your ability to think and solve problems more than anything else. If you don't know some basic formulas (like area, perimeter, circumference for rectangles, circles, and triangles or maybe volume for boxes or spheres) then you should probably study the formulas. The test won't ask you any hard formula questions (like volume of a hexagonal prism).

On each math sectin, there are basic formulas that might be able to help, but don't count on it, since many questions are not that simple.

Hope you do well!

different colleges take different scores, so don't worry...you can also take it again.

on the first page of each math section, there are some basic formulas (area of a triangle, sphere, etc.) but they won't necessarily help you on the test. try to learn them for yourself so that you're sure you know how to use them.

they give you most fo them, but you should know distance and slope, they don't give you those. But they do give you areas, volume, and 30-60-90 and 45-45-90 triangles. Good Luck!
